“Unfortunately, we were unable to do this excursion because of the pickup situation. Pickup was included with our booking, but the operator arrived about 45 minutes late on a four-wheeler and expected both my boyfriend and me to get on the back with her. There was not enough room for us to ride safely, and I did not feel comfortable risking falling off, especially on the roads in the area and seeing that the destination was an hour away. We therefore declined the ride and never made it to the horseback riding or waterfall portion of the excursion. The operator told us verbally that she would cancel the booking, but it was never canceled through Viator. I later requested a refund through Viator and was denied. I would strongly recommend confirming exactly what type of transportation will be provided for pickup before booking, especially if you are expecting transportation suitable for multiple passengers. We were not expecting to be picked up on the back of a 4 wheeler where I could potentially fall off, hurt myself, or get rained on, etc.”
