This site is a guide to things to do in this destination. We do not run tours, drive boats, or employ guides: every experience listed here is sold and operated by a third party, and we link you to their checkout.

Using the site means you accept what is written on this page.

Prices, times and availability come from a copy of the operator's catalogue that we refresh regularly. A copy can lag behind the original: the price and the terms that count are the ones shown on the checkout page when you book.

If the two disagree, the operator's checkout wins. We do not have the power to honour a price shown here by mistake.

When you book, the contract is between you and the operator, under their terms and their cancellation policy. Most experiences listed here can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start, but the exact rule is on each tour page and it is theirs, not ours.

Changes, refunds, no-shows and complaints about how an experience went have to go to the operator or to the platform where you paid.

Ratings and review counts come from the booking platform. We show what their data says and we do not write, edit, or reorder reviews to favour anything.

Do not scrape the catalogue, hammer the site with automated requests, resell our pages as your own, or copy the photographs and descriptions, which belong to the operators and the booking platform.

Everything else — reading, linking to us, sending a page to a friend — is welcome.

We put real care into this site, and still: information can be out of date, an operator can change a meeting point, a page can be down. We offer the site as it is, without a warranty that it is complete or error-free.

We are not liable for what happens on a tour we did not run, for an operator's decision, or for a loss caused by information that was accurate on the day we copied it and changed afterwards. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Example Travel Ltd is established, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection your own country's law gives you.

We publish changes on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version is the one that applies.
