“I pay for a tour wish they make a modification from 4 activity they supposed to do for 130.00 dollars they just given me 2 in so disappointed 😞 I don't recomend no vary to do this tours with this company. I recently paid for a tour with a company that promised. For some reason modifying the activities from four to two for the same amount of 130.00 dollars. However, they have only provided me with two activities so far. I am quite disappointed and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. It would be greatly appreciated if they could rectify this matter promptly. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.”
“Unfortunately I can not give this a raving review. We had booked for 5 Passengers with Nexus/Action tours for this amazing tour. Unfortunately the 5th passenger was not able to attend. We were careful to cancel in the a lotted time. I have yet to receive a reimbursement for this. However, this changed our pick up time from the resort. There wa no communication regarding the pick up time change and uti,ately spnt an hour waiting for transportation and gave up. The rep Roberto was able to reschedule this excursion for us. However Nexus did not relay to Action that we had rescheduled and did not send transportation to pick us up. I have received reimbursement for the four rescheduled passengers. However have received nothing for the cancelled passenger.”
“This was the worst experience I have ever had. The trip was extremely poorly organized, and everything was a mess from the very beginning. There was at least a one-hour delay during pickup and at the starting point. The trip was supposed to last eight hours, but we only returned to the hotel at 10:00 PM. The safari bus was overcrowded, old, noisy, and very uncomfortable. The dhow boat was also overcrowded, and we were only given a few seconds to see the whale, which was very disappointing. Everything felt rushed throughout the trip. The beach visit was rushed, and the horse-riding experience was unacceptable. The horses were in very poor condition and clearly not well cared for. Overall, the experience was not worth the time or money. I strongly do not recommend this trip to anyone.”
“It is a very long and full day! Whales are never a guarantee but they certainly try. The island visit is quick and then off to the mountains which are stunning just on the drive alone. DR is beautiful and you see many sides in one trip. ”
“We had a great crew, our own Paparazzi, always someone who spoke English and Spanish amongst other languages. Saw whales, loved the beach and the waterfall. There are a Lot Of stairs. Lunch was real nice. Was 11 hours door to door for us. ”
